Europe’s top brawlers will be putting their skills on display at one of the year’s biggest Blizzard eSports events this fall. The 2015 Heroes of the Storm European Road to BlizzCon tournament series makes its final stop at the 02 Arena in Prague, Czech Republic from October 03-04, and there’s plenty to play for!
The event will host the 2015 Heroes of the Storm European Championship, marking the end of the European Road to BlizzCon. Teams that qualify for the finals will battle it out for the chance to seek glory against the best gamers from the rest of the world at BlizzCon in November. And that’s not all; players at the European Championship will also be competing for a share of $175,000 USD in prize money—a portion of which will be up for grabs during the online qualifying phase.
In addition to the epic Heroes action, the event will feature the European Championship for Hearthstone and World of Warcraft. It’s sure to be an awesome weekend of eSports and activities—attendees at the show will be able to get some hands-on play time with Blizzard’s upcoming team-based shooter, Overwatch, enjoy cosplay and quizzes, and watch some of their favorite streamers play Blizzard games in the streaming area. StarCraft II fans are also in for a treat, as some of Europe’s best players throw down in Legacy of the Void show matches.
